    Before you sail

    Questions

    How do I book?

    Choose a shared tour or a private sailboat, pick your date and guests, and pay a 50% deposit online. You get your boarding pass with a QR code right away.

    What if I need to cancel?

    Cancel 24 hours or more before departure for a 100% refund, or at least 12 hours before for 50%. No-shows are not refunded.

    What if the weather turns bad?

    We sail rain or shine. If the Port Authority closes the port or restricts navigation, you reschedule with no extra charge. If navigation is allowed inside the bay, the route is adjusted.

    What is included on a private charter?

    Captain, crew and standard food and drinks. Custom menus and itineraries are available and may cost extra. The Adventure Park is not included.

    How much do kids pay?

    On shared tours, kids 5 to 10 pay the kids' fare and children under 5 sail free. Private charters are priced per boat.

    Where do we board?

    Your boarding pass shows the meeting point and a map. Pick-up points are flexible on private charters; some areas require a local panga, not included.
