1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect
To book: full name, email, WhatsApp number, country, number of guests (adults, kids, infants) and chosen extras. We do not collect sensitive data. Card data is entered directly with the payment processor and never reaches our servers.
3. What we use it for
Primary (needed for the service): manage your booking, send your boarding pass, confirm your boarding at the dock, contact you about weather or schedule changes, process payments and refunds, and meet legal obligations.
Secondary (you can refuse and still sail): ask for a review after your trip and send you offers. To refuse, write to {{CORREO_ARCO}}.
4. Who we share it with
Only with providers that make the service work, under contract: the payment processor (Stripe), the messaging provider (WhatsApp Business / Meta) and the email provider {{PROVEEDOR_CORREO}}. If you booked through a hotel concierge, they only see your first name and last initial, the date and the status of the booking, never your contact details. Our servers are located in {{UBICACION_SERVIDOR}}.
5. Your rights (ARCO) and withdrawal
You can Access, Rectify or Cancel your data, Object to its use, and withdraw your consent, by writing to {{CORREO_ARCO}} with your name, the right you exercise, a description of the data and an ID. We answer within 20 business days.
6. Cookies and tracking
This site only uses what it needs to work: your language and currency choice, and in the apps, the checklist you tick. There is no advertising or third-party analytics. Visit statistics are counted without cookies and without personal data.
