1. The service

2. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars (USD); the amount in Mexican pesos is a reference only. Every adjustment for season, holiday or demand is shown before paying. A 50% deposit holds the date and the balance is paid at the dock. Accepted payment methods: {{FORMAS_DE_PAGO}}. Private charters include standard food and drinks; custom menus and itineraries may cost extra. Some pick-up points require a local panga, not included.
3. Cancellations and refunds
24 hours or more before departure: 100% refund of what was paid. At least 12 hours before: 50%. Less than 12 hours or no-show: no refund. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
4. Weather
We sail rain or shine. If the Port Authority closes the port or restricts navigation, the trip is rescheduled with no charge or penalty. If navigation is allowed only inside the bay, the route is adjusted to the charter time.
5. Safety aboard
The captain has the final word on safety. Life jackets are available for every guest, including kids. {{REGLAS_DE_USO}}
